Obi(Labour) was also in Kaduna on Monday, 17th October 2022. He, along with Datti Baba-Ahmed, met Sheikh Ahmad Gumi, an Islamic religious leader. The Sheikh asked Obi to continue the movement, in which a large number of young Nigerians had been involved, after 2023 and to strengthen it further.
Obi proposed to establish three core banks: Bank of Agriculture, Bank of Industry and Bank of Infrastructure, which will make funds easily accessible to SME startups and individuals. He said that he would work to improve the lives of average Nigerians. He proposed to bring more jobs for the young and to equip the security agency better.
