DigiNews appreciates the discussion on education and want a good debate on this issue. He also promised to bring back Rule of Law to Nigeria and proposed a large increase in funding for armed forces.
We remember that Universities have been closed for months and teachers have gone on strike repeatedly to get salaries, they deserve. Let all the candidates give specific promises on education about what they propose to do. Nigeria must move towards 15% of its budget on education, as recommended by UNESCO for all developing countries.
